CCMS was founded in 2017 on Salesforce development, SharePoint support, and CRM and CMS consulting across the major platforms - that's where the name comes from. In the years since, that discipline powers the SaaS products, managed hosting, and email-security services we operate today, engineered and supported entirely from Fort Lauderdale, FL. CCMS began as freelance Salesforce development and expanded into SharePoint, Zoho, and support across most major CRM and CMS platforms. The name Complete Content Management Services is literal - that was the work. This foundation gave the company deep fluency with how businesses store, manage, and move their data.
Over time the work expanded into building custom applications for the Workers' Compensation insurance industry. These were complex, compliance-sensitive environments that required purpose-built solutions. This period shaped the way CCMS approaches every build: learn the workflow first, then design the system around it.
That experience led to building owned SaaS products for underserved verticals - STORAGEsimple for the self-storage industry and TUITIONsimple for tutoring and education. Today CCMS operates multiple product lines alongside managed hosting, all backed by the same Fort Lauderdale team that has been here since day one.

Joseph founded CCMS and remains hands-on across every part of the business - product development, system administration, and client relationships. He built the platforms CCMS owns and stays involved in the infrastructure and engineering behind them.
Robert leads client services, sales, and onboarding at CCMS. He's the first point of contact for new clients and makes sure every handoff from sales to active service is smooth and well-supported.
Adam handles quality assurance and customer service across the CCMS portfolio. He tests releases, catches issues before they reach clients, and is a direct line of support when something needs attention.
Christian keeps client sites running day to day. He handles WordPress maintenance, customer service, and site backups and restores - making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
We measure success by how long clients stay with us, not how many we sign. Many of our partnerships began in the early years and continue today because we treat every business like our own. Our entire team is born and raised in South Florida - no outsourcing, no overseas call centers, and no support tickets routed to people who don't know your system.
